we also realized that traveling around through many countries by car, has quite a lot of disadvantages, such as hi expenses, lots of pollution, etc.........but, the main thing that really disturbed us, was the fact that traveling by car some how gave us the feeling that we were separated, or somehow distant from the places we were crossing through. 

We wanted to feel more involved. To be more united with the landscapes, places, villages and people that we pass on our journey, to be more part of it and not isolated within a metal box, which mostly moves to fast. 

we wanted to be able to move faster then walking, but slow enough to be able to absorb all the fragments of the trip, as well as being able to carry our stuff with us, and moving independently, chip and not polluting 

Bicycles provided the ultimate solution !!! 

So this is how I fall in love with bikes and discovered what an amazing and genius invention it is. 

I traveled continually around Europe on bikes for a bit more than 3 beautiful, exciting years. 

I started with quite a simple 10 gears bike and I was improving, changing and developing my bikes constantly, until at the end I was already traveling with an 18 gears off-road bike. 

All this happened in the late 90^th, than I went back home and started a more or less ordinary life, while using bikes as a daily means of transportation, until last year I got this uncontrolled erg, to hit the road on bike again, and so I did. Only that this time while riding through the beautiful landscapes of Portugal and Spain I suddenly encountered a grate idea, how to create a Magic Bike
